"For a five star resort you’d think you’d at least have a mini fridge… stayed here 3 times, last being 4 years ago and it’s just not the same. Can tell they haven’t upkept with it and has become dated. Inflated price does not reflect its quality. "

"Pool was enjoyable but did not like the fact that there were no chairs because of people coming in as soon as it opened and "saving" them. Rooms were clean and well stocked with essentials. Maybe put more coffee filters and diswasher soap as we had to ask for more during the stay"

"we stayed here for 1 night due to proximity of the airport and the cruise terminal. it fit the bill. the staff were very very nice. but this is not a 5 star property-- the walls are thin and it's fairly noisy. "

"Arrived at the facility around 5pm on 3/23. The check in line was out the door. No one was communicating why it was taking so long to get checked in. Kept hearing people saying they had no rooms cleaned. No one at the grove was communicating anything to the customers standing in line. I stood in line for 2 hours and finally when I got to the desk the representative proceeded with check in not apologizing for the wait or informing us of the room status. I asked about the room availability and was told they were waiting to be cleaned still, note this is 7pm and check in is 4 pm. There was no time frame on when the room would be ready for anyone checking in. So I asked to have my reservation cancelled and refunded. We did not stay. The check in line was still out the door when we left. So horrible experience, very unprofessional, and dis organized. "

"We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the interior was appealingly decorated, and the pickleball court was available for our use, even after our 11:00 PM arrival! The only glitch in our stay was that the AC made a rattling noise when I lowered it to a comfortable temperature."

"Staff was great, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was overpriced but very good. The rugs in the room and hallways are gross and smelly. Prolly bc it’s hard to keep up with the sand everywhere. The pools were great. The location was awesome. The rooms really need updating. I’d come back because the good definitely outweigh the bad but walking on the rugs in the room grossed me out. "
