「Casino was a bit outdated. Had some new games. But games were better before actually getting on the boat.」

「Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel」

「Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.」

「This was exactly what you would expect out of this chain of hotels. Clean, comfortable, welcoming… But nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious. There were no surprises and everything you need for a great night stay is there.」
