"We enjoyed the hotel that we ended up staying longer than we originally had planned. It was lovely, well maintained and our bed was very comfortable. We used the spa a couple of times during our stay and would highly recommend it. Further, the breakfasts were fantastic, particularly the Irish breakfasts."

"It was very convenient to restaurants and shops. Off street parking is a plus. We had an old spring mattress that has seen better days. The water pipes and drains made some really strange noises, but worked ok."

"This was our second time staying at the Club House Hotel. We love the history of the building. The rooms have been upgraded since we stayed in 2023. They did a great job renovating but the ambiance of such an old building remains. We love the location of the hotel and the ability to park our car and walk anywhere: shopping, food and pints! The staff is so kind and easy to work with. We can’t wait to come back."

"We had an executive king room facing the back which was perfect as it was quiet and we had glimpses of the castle. The room was spacious. The hotel is well located. We were able to park our car (parking was included) and just walk around to see the sights or go to restaurants. The staff were incredbly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Vanessa at the front desk who gave us a few great travel tips and made check in so easy. Breakfast was deluxe. It was sit down service. High quality. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend this hotel."
