「We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. 「I stayed for a week at this hotel and they were remodeling so it was noisy and occasionally dusty in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, but I rated it down because I did not receive any daily service of my room. I had to ask for coffee almost every day and by the fourth day I was out of everything-clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, and coffee. I wasn’t expecting my sheets to be changed because I was staying there the whole time, that part didn’t bother me, but not even poking your head in...
