"The internet was decent, it lagged but they do have an option for upgraded internet of course for a daily fee. I believe the upgraded internet was 14 a day. At first the hotel smelled a little bit aged which is ok. The highlight for us was being able to see the Disneyland firework show from the hotel parking lot. "

"El staff fue amable, pero había mucho ruido por la construcción, la alberca no estaba disponible y no nos avisaron antes de llegar, el hotel está viejo y mal cuidado, el baño sucio y las sábanas no parecían limpias. Los ruidos empiezan a las 6 am, cuando llegas tarde de los parques y cansado y no te dejan dormir. "

"We booked primarily for the type of room, even added additional day. Went and secured our room and paid deposit early in the morning since we arrived early. Was told everything was good to go. When we went back that night to officially check in was told that we were unable to get the original room requested that instead they would down grade us. Explained that this isn’t possible since we came in and they told us we were good to go with our booking stated we can stay in the room for one night and then get original room the next night. I told them did not want to do this as we have alot of luggage. The receptionist stated there is nothing they can do as they fully booked. Asked to speak to manager she went to tell manager came back and said he will be up shortly after 15 min still did not come up. She then went to check again came back 15 min and asked what is the issue. I explained i confirmed multiple times within the last 2 weeks and we were all set to go. Finally I told the manager all I want is the same room or a similar room if not to help us set up in a similar room elsewhere he then stated he can get us a room similar but with 2 beds instead of the one. So we took it. Next night we where unable to access our room as key cards got cancelled even receptionist checked and said unsure why. So made us new keys. Apart from this the room was falling apart show rods where falling, toilet kept clogging, heater did not work properly and no towels where provided. "

"My sister and I recently booked a trip to Huntington Beach and found this hotel on line with amazing reviews. Overall we had a decent stay. The location was really convenient, close to the beach and nearby shops. The room itself was comfortable - the AC worked great, and the bed was pretty cozy. The TV quality was okay as well. However, the building itself felt quite old - there was chipped paint and the bathroom was outdated. The tub was clogged, and although we asked for a fix, it wasn't fully resolved - the water still stayed above our ankles. We also checked out the pool, but it had a strong chlorine smell and didn't' look like a great place to relax. Despite these issues, it was a decent place for a short stay, especially given its convenient location. "
