Quiet weekend

On arrival the entrance is stunning. We were a little disappointed in the actual studio room as it was quite damp yet it was extremely clean. The king size bed and bedding was awesome. The room had everything in that one would need including the full DSTV package. The entrance to the beach is convenient and there are a few things to keep you busy eg. taking walks, tennis, bowls. The room we stayed in was a studio apartment.

I thought the villas and the pool was great. We were disappointed that the gym wasnt included. I thought the buffet meals were badly ovee priced and were sad that a la carte options werent available so mostly we ate outside the resort. We loved the beach. We loved the water park at the wild coast sun.

Not happy at all on my arrival, house was like had about 3 to 4 days not cleaned, smell of dust, some stain on the bedding, stove not wotking properly at the kitchen. Not pleased at all looking at the money I paid to relax and spend quality time with my family. I even thought of leaving the following day. After complains then it when it was attended. The room should have been prepared, air freshener, change bedding before new guest being put in.

Réservation ,confirmation et règlement total le 28/10/2015 d'une villa avec chambre 53m2.ils n'avaient aucune trace de notre reservation et nous ont proposé un petit studio "Bachelor" sale et mal équipé que nous Avons refusé.ils nous ont alors offert une mini-villa qui convenait mieux à notre reservation.!

Do not book this hotel! Hotels.com does not have a link to this hotel, I arrived there only to find out that I did not have a booking. Thank goodness the staff were willing to help and arranged a room for me for the night. Although I was refunded, the initial booking was fictitious!
