「My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower.
2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower.
Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see.」

「Beautiful, clean hotel located close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants and the Memphis airport. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The indoor pool water is really really cold but you get used to it once ya eventually get in. Buffet breakfast is delicious with very friendly staff. 5⭐️」

「The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours.」
