The hotel is lovely building staff can't do enough breakfast 1st class The standard dog accommodation room was very basic after 1 night we were going to leave but they changed our room at no extra charge to another which was fantastic. when we stay again we will ask for this room Thank you orange grove hotel & gardens

Everyone at this hotel is so nice and welcoming. Everyone always had a smile and were willing to help in any way. The hotel and gardens are breathtaking. It’s absolutely beautiful and a very different experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were spot on. They had entertainment and honestly we loved our stay. The one and only thing I would ask for is AC in the room and even then I still give them a 5 star. I would love to come back.

Nice hotel with a good resturant and bar. The gardens are a great place to eat and drink during the summer. Some of the rooms could do with a refurb but worth thenprice tag of £86 a night.

Awesome welcome from Emma on reception. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Our room was reached from outside - not sure how secure it is. Room was clean - stairway less so. Damp smell in bathroom and shower was either very hot or cold! Should be a TV in the bedroom. The “strictly” element of the signs outside is not terribly welcoming We will stay here again - mainly because of the location and the staff

I couldn’t fault the staff - absolutely second to none, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The dining - WOW, 5 stars. From supper to breakfast simply delicious and would certainly go there for a celebratory meal - it was that good. I think once the rooms are upgraded to match the quality and refurb of the dining, reception and bar areas The Orange Grove would be top of my list in the area for a wonderful relaxing stay. We will be back!

The staff is incredible! Everyone is so nice. The facility is incredible. A five star hotel without the five star price! We booked it last minute after we got to another hotel and the canceled our reservation. We were there with our luggage after flying in from the United States. We came here and couldn’t have felt more welcomed.

Absolutly would stay here again. So quite and the bar menu is brilliant staff are fantastic. Breakfastva touch on the expensive side and got charged for a take away coffe in the morning. Little things you learn make one in the room next time.

My stay here was an amazing experience. The restaurant offered service on par with what you would expect from a hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and made a lasting impression. While the cleanliness of the room and the lack of transportation options could be considered minor downsides, the room quality was still reasonable given the price. Since I was already aware of the isolated location, it wasn't an issue for me.

On arrival I was informed that the restaurant was closed in a Monday in January, this would have been helpful to know on booking as I would have gone elsewhere . There was a limited menus available in the bar. I booked an apartment so expected a kitchen but the room I was given did not have one. The television did not work in the room.
