Excellent Manor

Aside from the rather steep staircase, and rather small bathroom, Chris and Kim do an excellent job of making everyone feel at home. Casually elegant environment, wonderful food, and genial manner. They were so kindly, it felt as if we’d known them forever. So much nicer than the usual Hamptons offering.

One of the best hotels in America

Best hotel I’ve experienced for customer service in America. Fantastic help to me. Drove me to center of town without me asking. Highly recommend. I will be sure to stay at this hotel again on all my future trips to the area. Thank you for your warm welcome, help and hospitality. I was on crutches and helped me from the minute I arrived to the moment I left. 20 out of 10.

A beautiful home with period details. Our room was brand new with every convenience including a walk-in closet and heated bathroom. The best part is breakfast in the English garden which is a gorgeous spot to enjoy delicious home baked goods with a coffee while listening to the fountain and birds.

Perfect

Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She was so gracious and generous. Oh and her homemade cookies should be marketed and sold ! Amazing ! The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Was a perfect weekend getaway!

The perfect place to explore the Hamptons

Great experience! Kim and Chris, as well as Deb, are super nice and will make your stay perfect. The breakfast is truly amazing and the house + garden are charming. The living room is super cozy and reading a book next to the fireplace is the perfect way to end the day. Go ahead and enjoy your stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Kim and Chris are so friendly and accommodating. The food, ambiance, and cleanliness was great. They did a great job with COVID procedures too. We felt very comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend A Butler's Manor to anyone looking for a nice quiet stay.

Wonderful B/B in the Hamptons

Wonderful B/B in the charming village of Southampton. Run by the very gracious hosts, Kim and Chris make you feel very much at home. Close to all the action in the village. This place is a “must stay” inn!

A great place to stay

We stayed at The Butler’s Manor for the first time in Oct 2020. I say first time because we will certainly return. The minute we walked in we felt like we were visiting close family. The main room is a beautiful room with plenty of places to sit, read, or just enjoy the fireplace. The back yard is host to a beautiful garden, and pool area. Our room was fantastic - Clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. Breakfast was fantastic, and included fresh seasonal fruits, berries and decorative flowers from the garden. It really looked like a piece of art! It is a short walk to the village of Southampton (about 5 mins) with lots of restaurants and stores. The owners were so helpful with local tips for places to see and eat. It was a great experience, which we will hopefully soon repeat.

The owners, Kim and Chris take especially good care of their guests. KIm is a chef and her breakfasts blew us away. Everything made from scratch and melt in your delicious. Chris carried our bags, drove us to the beach and told wonderful stories. A little slice of heaven and hidden secret in Southampton. We cannot wait to go back!

I keep returning to this lovely B&B and introducing family members and friends. Chris and Kim make your visit an unforgettable memory. It feels Like you in an English countryside hotel with beautiful gardens, and amazing breakfast cooked fresh by Kim daily. Hotel is clean and is decorated well. The hotel is located 5min from the main village where you find many shops and restaurants. I will be coming here over and over again.

Charming B&B, Close to Town

The house is as charming as the host and hostess and vice versa! Within easy walking distance to the center of town, where there are shops and restaurants and the Southampton Arts Center. A Butler’s Manor is a destination in itself, owned and run by such an interesting and adorable couple. The delicious breakfasts are customized to meet the dietary needs of their guests.

It was very quaint and homey. Dina and Ralph were there for anything we needed. The breakfast each morning was a 5 star dish.
