Det var iskaldt og ingen varme på rommet. Rommet var slitt og møkkete, det kan virke som de ikke har byttet sengetøy fra forrige gjest. Skikkelig ekkelt! Det luktet vondt i hele bygningen av matlukt og annet ekkelt. Det kom kloakkukt fra bad og mye lyd fra toalettet. De heter frokosthotell men ingen mat. Dette kan ikke kalles for hotell- noe værre har jeg ikke opplevd. Helt elendig og anbefales ikke......

Ubeboelig hotell.

Skuffende, innsjekking var vanskelig,personalet kunne ikke norsk eller engelsk. Ikke var der handduker,ikee glass og kopper. Ikke var der toalettpapir,og fikk ikke tak i personale til å få rettet opp i ting. Ellers luktet det ikke godt i bygget. I trappegangen luktet det våt betong. Så ikke ett hotell å anbefale.

Uhygienisk. Kan ikke være vasket på veldig lenge. Helt nedslitt i alle arealer. Vi valgte å ikke overnatte her og bestilte annen overnatting. Anbefaler ingen å overnatte på Barents Frokosthotell

Järkyttävän huono majoituspaikka. Kannattaa majoittua missä muussa Hotellissa tahansa, jos niitä on vapaana. Meille tämä oli pakkovalinta.

Ingen frukost på ett frokosthotell. Belamrad nödut

Vi önskade rum på bottenvåningen och hänvisades då till ett rum med stark mögellukt i badrummet. Det flyttade vi sedan från och där var badrummet fräscht men utrymningsvägen därifrån hade inte funkat för mig som har dålig balans och måste gå med stavar. Nödutgången bredvid trappan skulle gå en altan, gick till ett rum fullt med staplade möbler. Konstigt med Frokosthotell som inte serverade frukost....

Dårlig oplevelse.

Nedslidt og dårligt vedligeholdt. Der var INTET at få, der var heller ingen service så man kunne lave sig en kop kaffe. Tilhørende Tekøkken var ikke færdiggjort. Så navnet Breakfasthotel er meget vildledende. Personale kunne hverken Norsk eller engelsk, og der var ingen imødekommenhed. Vi blev afkrævet kr. 300 for at have vores bagage opstillet på kontoret, indtil check-in. Kommer der aldrig igen.

Dette var ikke et frokosthotell

Rommet var ise kaldt, da det ikke var varme påslått. Rommet var annonsert som bed and breakfast, men det var ingen frokost. Det var heller ingen betjening til stede, og nøkkelen lå tilgjengelig for alle på en hylle foran resepsjonen. Vil ikke bruke det hotellet flere ganger.

Hotell med sentral beliggenhet og dårlig standard

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Kirkenes og har gratis parkering og det er jo flott, men hele hotellet trenger oppussing. Sengetøyet var skittentgrått og ikke hvitt. Gulver og overflater ellers virket reine. Det er veldig rart å hete Barents Frokosthotell når det ikke serveres frokost! Lørdag kveld var det fest på samfunnshuset, som ligger like ved. Da var det full fest med tilfeldige folk på fellesområder inne i hotellet, uten at de som festet bodde på hotellet. For ytterdøra står åpen hele døgnet. Hvem som helst kan gå rett inn. Folk spydde og var generelt svært berusa. Det var aldri folk i resepsjonen. Slik at du føler at det finnes ikke folk ved hotellet som ivaretar verken sikkerhet eller service. Noe som kan være kjipt for de som bor der. Det er mye å ta tak i for de som eier dette stedet.
