My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization ...

The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.
