Top South Tipperary Hotel Reviews
The Club House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in a wide variety of places during a 2-week tour of Ireland, and this was one of our favorite guesthouses. Loved the restaurant and bar just downstairs, and everything was well-maintained and convenient."
Absolute Hotel Limerick
10/10 Excellent
"Very well located to restaurants and tour take off points , very comfortable and well maintained"
Castletroy Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"When we arrived the parking was crowded due to an in process wedding event. We were able to navigate to the car park even though the front entrance was over crowded. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient with checkin. Rooms were well maintained, but took a little while to cool off to our desired temp. Breakfast was a complete buffet and easy met our expectations. The hotel was convenient to the M7 highway to Dublin which was great for us"
The George Limerick Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Good location, rooms were clean and staff was friendly."
Limerick Strand Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed another great stay at the hotel. Staff was welcoming and informative. The onsite parking deck is a great amenity. Drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious"
Talbot Hotel Clonmel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff let me check in slightly early on arrival which was welcomed. The room was comfortable and well appointed, including having the ability to screen cast to the TV from chrome devices - great for playing music. Due to the heat-wave at the time of my stay the room was the warm side, a function of the large picture window giving great views of the hills to the south of the town. On the plus side cold water was readily available from the filtered water dispenser by the lift, and a large rainfall shower also provided cooling when required. The breakfast buffet has an ample selection of hot and cold food whilst the lunchtime carvery served in the bar also leaves you feeling full for the rest of the day. If you are at a loss there is a Supervalu supermarket next door and other food options within the adjacent retail park."
Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great breakfast, nice clean room."
Anner Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Would be nice to have a mini frig to keep food and drinks cold"
Ach na Sheen Guest House
8/10 Good
"Place had everything to welcome us in. Tea, coffee, biscuits, water, etc. Soft towels, good bed, excellent breakfast. I’d give it 5 stars but don’t want to raise expectations too much. For the price point, it’s excellent value. Better than most B&Bs in its class. Bathroom and TV were functional but small. If size of either is a big deal to you, be advised."
