"We loved this place!!! Amazing energy and feeling as soon as you walk in! Staff was extremely attentive and friendly, always helpful. Front desk 24 hours! The rooms were very comfortable and updated. The views were breathtaking, the breakfast was very complete with a lot of options! Very healthy as well! Lastly, the spa had a crazyyyy amount of options, the most we have seen so far! We highly recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed for three nights and liked everything about this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again."

"SAii Laguna Phuket is a great resort in a quiet, relaxing area—perfect for families. The rooms are clean, the facilities are good, and the beach access is a big plus. Staff are generally helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay and definitely recommended"

"The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of. "

"We ate at the cafe studio that is on the beach side of the property. Mainly because we were not big breakfast eaters to try the buffet breakfast they had offered. Staff always greeted us in the morning whether we headed to the fitness area or to our next excursion. "
