" The door at the end of the hall stays unlocked all the time. That was a little disturbing, but I never saw anyone who wasn't supposed to be there using it. The other thing that bothered me was: I made reservations several weeks before for a large group. Yet only when we showed up at the hotel were rooms picked out for us.
