Everyone we interacted with were pleasant, kind and happy to help make our stay wonderful. Impressive given the recent layoffs dictated by those in Washington DC.

All the staff were friendly and helpful; especially the front desk staff. The bedding and especially the pillows were comfortable. The refillable shampoo, soap and conditioner is something I think helps support the environment.
I would stay there again and recommend it for families and couples.

We loved staying here with the rustic feel and modern furniture. We enjoyed the close by food options and tavern and the close proximity to the hiking trails. We would stay here again!

We got a second floor room with a canyon view - so worth it. The Grand Canyon was just feet from our window.
We stayed in the winter, so just one restaurant was open. It was spendy, but good. The staff was amazing at every level.
The room itself was a bit dated, but comfy. WiFi was extremely weak - but it was free. But who cares? The view!!!!!

Perfect stay for us to enjoy the Grand Canyon. It’s a quick 25 minute drive to the visitors center. The place is cozy and clean. The road to the location is a bit bumpy and rough.
