SLEEPY HOLLOW FARM- To visit Vermont in the Fall was a dream of mine. I am so happy that I was able to do just that this year. One of the places I visited was this photographic icon in rural Vermont, the Sleepy Hollow Farm, near Woodstock. Well known by most photographers the Sleepy Hollow Farm is the place to be if you want to get that perfect classic Autumn shot and an early morning light is best to be there to capture rich deep autumn colours. Rumors has it that it was once owned by Joe Perry of Aerosmith. "As far as motels go, this was the best I ever stayed at! Our room was spotless, cleaning came in each day after 10 (which was fine because we were skiing). Free breakfast was good (the Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches were clutch) The staff was great, my kids loved the pool, and there was a delicious restaurant practically on site (The public house get the schnitzel you won't be disappointed) - A 7 min drive to Ski Quechee, 15 -20 min to NH- I can't say enough good things. "

"It’s a great lodge. This place has a lot of character. So beautiful inside and out. Rooms are very clean. Updated bathrooms. Hot tub was amazing especially after all day skiing. Bar and bar staff was awesome. Very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best tasted open buffets. Sausage and bacon were the best. I highly recommend this place. We definitely come again ! "
