「Room was ok for price, but poor shower and dirty chair. 」

「The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem.」

「The breakfast was wonderful! Manager’s Happy Hour was nice - entertainment both nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy but the shower/toilet area was small. Only complaint was the temperature in our room - it was too warm making it difficult to sleep. The a/c couldn’t seem to catch up. The night manager brought us a fan which helped some. Not sure if maintenance ever looked at it since we were not there during the day. 」

「This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.」

「The rooms were very clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect, the gym was very adequate for us and the staff was very nice and helpful when we needed anything for our room. Would very much recommend to anyone bringing there families! Comfy beds, great showers and very clean room overall!」

「BEWARE!! No housekeeping on the weekend! Very specific rules even to get fresh towels!!!! For $225 a night, this is a scam. Very noisy, below and above the second floor. Fan in the bathroom ran 24/7. Refrigerator in room made noise 24/7. Property needs more attention for cleanliness and upkeep. No towels in the weight room & both treadmills are out of order! I will stay elsewhere next time for sure. 」
