「Momentan ist neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, die aber nicht sehr störend ist, ab und zu etwas laut. Aber ansonsten ein sehr netter Manager, der sich um alles kümmert, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service, tolle Aussicht. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wieder dort hin fahren. 」

After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.
