"The hotel was generally very good, good location quiet and staff were very nice, restaurant and bar were also good but it has strange house keeping they never came until close on dinner time I have never seen this anywhere before and not just one day which is really inconvenient. Also the gym is down at same level as the car park with no swipe card for entry so anyone could enter so my wife didn’t feel safe also machines faced the wall not the door, they were reasonably old which didn’t match the hotel. I would stay again but hope the hotel makes changes."

"Would have given it a 5 out of 5 for location great restaurant and staff. What let it down was the girl that checked us in I found her very unwelcoming I think her name was Kayla it is the first time people may see New Zealand and she was not friendly and was a New Zealander. The morning receptionist was lovely."

"The Hotel is good value close to the Airport and about 15 minutes from Centre of Queenstown. The room is basic but has everything needed for a short stay. Our room did have the sound of running water through the night so not sure if it was the air conditioning or noise from another room."
