The man i met at the front desk was one of the loveliest people on earth. He was so kind and accommodating when we had to check in really late at night. The overall room was basic, the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating and when another room would have a shower you would hear this piercing noise from the pipes. But it was clean, and presented lovely. I would stay here again just for the man at the front desk.

Disappointing. , at moment there’s refurbishment being done so no breakfast and no meals at all, I had to go to Coles to get frozen meal which I microwaved it. The room was “very tired”but on plus side. It will be ok once Reno’s are finished, in meantime I think $184 is way too much for a bed

The best thing I can say about this place is the bed was good. You aren't permitted to use the pool it is filthy anyway. Booked here as it has a restaurant. No not Sunday night. I have a disability. Nowhere are you advised that parking is beneath the rooms with only stair access. There is a flat access from the reception but if in a wheelchair, walking sticks, back or mobility issues you can not park and get back up the ridiculously steep driveway. If you have a physical disability this is definitely not the place for you.
