「Everything was wonderful from the time we pulled up to the valet station through the entirety of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We even asked to stay for an extra night that they were happy to accommodate at the front desk and even gave us the discounted third party rate. There are so many little perks that make this a special experience: happy hour in the darling library lobby, sunset views from the rooftop bar/restaurant, a darling breakfast...

「It's new, clean, it's convinient, the service is nice and good, I love my room on 12th floor can see the montain view and sunset!」

「Great place to stay!」

「Hotel was very cute and clean. Location is amazing, easily walkable to so many restaurants and bars.」

「This was a wonderful hotel. Our only negative was we had together ice from the front desk. We drink a lot of water & need an ample amount of ice.」

「Mold in shower, no soap in dispensers. Disgusting.」

「In room AC unit was very loud. We werfe given a room by the elevator and I asked the person helping us to our room if we could be moved to another room and he assured us that we could not hear the elevator. This was in no way accurate. Snack bas was stupidly expensive. Location is great. Bed is comfortable. Bartender was friendly.」

「Nice place... Clean rooms and the staff was very attentive」

「Jenn the front desk manager was very helpful and accommodating. Jenn went out of her way several times to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Hayden was very helpful by making sure our breakfast was delicious. Excellent service at this hotel.」

「Great breakfast included in the room price, and the studio that we stayed in had a great little kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There was also convenient on-site parking, and the location was extremely convenient to everything. There was even a Whole Foods across the street to buy prepared foods.」
