「Lovely property and beautiful rooms. A bit pricey for what you get, particularly considering cost of valet and no public computer access for guests.Our meal at Mattie's was excellent.」

「The boutique hotel was beautifully decorated as were the rooms. It was surprising that the kitchen in room had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Love the nearly full size refrigerator. It made it easier for us to not eat out all our meals. Freezer capacity was nice for frozen treats and freezing water bottles for our picnics. Location next to HEB grocery store super convenient! Only drawback is the surrounding area is transitioning. 」

「Room was clean and fairly quiet but we had to keep calling the desk or housekeeping to get items like towels, coffee, soaps as they would not consistently restock. Food selection was minimal at the restaurant and difficult to get attention from bartenders and servers. Pool area was very small and there was no shuttle service. Also put 150$ per night surcharge on your card which they won't tell you about ahead of time - more than luxury resorts we've stayed at! The resort fee was 45$ per day and...
