Parking was great. The customer service was excellent. The room was cozy, there was a broken wall plate in the restroom that should be fixed so that no wires and juction boxes are exposed. Worked perfectly for ZLB concert. Walk to and from ND was doable. Older hotel yet clean and cozy. Had 24 hour coffee machine. Fridge, coffee pot, and microwave in room. All staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!
