「The power went out for the whole night so the elevators didn’t work and we had the climb the stairs tv was out as well as some lights」

「The room was updated, clean, and really nice. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were helpful and informative. Highly recommend the restaurant and using the parking garage that leads right to the hotel.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「After paying 300$ for the night I was not happy with the room condition. Water spots on ceiling. Wallpaper falling off the walls. Dusty. Shower head was gross and mold in the shower. Cobwebbs outside of window when I overlooked the river. Breakfast u have to pay for. Just not what I was expecting when it comes to what I thought was a nicer hotel chain. I will not be booking again.」

「Aaron at the front desk was the only redeeming quality at the hotel. Every other aspect of my 7 day stay was poor. The hotel itself , inside and out is filthy. Garbage on floor at entrance of hotel. Garbage and leftover food on elevator floor for days. A few random day's when they had no cook or bartender, breakfast and evening cocktails were not available. The room itself is surface cleaned but furniture and rug is stained with who knows what !! It was a terrible experience. I have stayed...

「Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!」

「The Staff were kind and clearly take pride in offering wonderful hospitality services. The first night, I called to say we were delayed for check-in and Nick was so so gracious in the phone - he has both a wonderful tone for customer service and a genuine care for helping guests. I'd gladly stay there again! I misunderstood something about the pool, and I'm embarrassed that I missed the sign - I always try to follow rules/requests (unless absolutely absurd, of course) and I didn't realize it...
