「The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered...

「這是一間富有歷史的英式酒店，住宿環境優美，地處河畔，寧靜而舒適。適合自駕遊。但酒店晚餐出餐很慢，食客不多，要等逾半小時。」

「Lovely hotel. I was upgraded to a classic double and the yoom was gorgeous . Nice staff . Very helpful. They were having an up grade and refurbishment whilst I was there but it didn't affect my stay . I would definitely stay here again 」

「Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal. The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home. Definitely would recommend a stay.」

「A beautiful hotel . Lovely staff nothing too much trouble very clean lovely bedroom with tea/coffee making facilities.. they even put a tv out In the courtyard so guests could watch the FA cop final !! Will definitely be back !」

「The hotel building is beautiful and nice planed. Easy access from train station, less than 5 mins by walking. There's a super maket just right beside it. We had a good stay with it, it's a good hotel to consider when you visit the area.」

「We had a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and it was great we could eat with our dog in the bar. The family room was very clean and good size. Not a great view of the fire escape but it didn’t matter for one night. In a great location in the seafront and easy to park outside on the road for free. 」

「Nice place to stay. Coffee shop not far away and walkable - very nice. Need a car as narrow lanes to get to and no footpaths. Service at breakfast on the 1st morning was slow but that was due to the young girl serving. Not there when we arrived and waited 10 minutes before she appeared. Left dirty dishes on tables when she could have easily removed when bringing other dishes etc...She was friendly enough. 2nd morning, totally different service. Lady on duty was attentive...

「I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The location is perfect — there’s a supermarket just a short walk away, which was super convenient. What really stood out to me were the owners. It’s a family-run place and you can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay!」
