Très bel établissement. Un baume frais envahi l’ensemble des espaces, y compris votre qui livre une odeur de spa … La chambre romantique supérieur offre un très bel espace avec tout le confort. Vous profiterez aussi d’un grand balcon. Les aménagements du spa sont de qualité et permettent une détente totale ou des sensations fortes pour les plus courageux avec le petit bassin à 8 degré. Établissement pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. J offrais le séjour à mon amie et des l arrivée la personne à l accueil à annoncé le prix de la chambre (alors que tout avait été réglé en ligne ) Elle s est excusée plusieurs fois mais c était trop tard Il y a actuellement des travaux extérieurs pour le Spa ,j étais informé lors de ma réservation . En revanche on ne m avait pas informé que la chambre avec jacuzzi privé donnait directement sur les travaux ( pas d intimité , du bruit , et je passe la vue chantier) .De plus des 8:00 les travaux commencent donc pas de grasse matinée non plus . Enfin aucun réseau ni Wifi , ce qui peut se gérer si on est à minima informé avant le séjour . Aucun geste commercial .

Etwas überraschend war, dass rund um das Pool gebaut wurde. Im Pool war das Wasser eher kat. Frühstück ok aber nicht speziell. Kaffee eher schlechter Qualität. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber und das Bett war prima wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Obwohl wir viel bezahlt haben gab es keine Extra oder Geschenke.

Énorme déception !

Réservation au départ effectuée pour une personne. Nous avons appelés l’hôtel afin d’y ajouter une deuxième personne, chose faite. Lors de notre arrivée, en demandant bien si tout était réglé, on nous précisa qu’il ne restait que les taxes de séjour à ajouter. Le lendemain lors du Check out, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand on nous annonça des frais de 40€ supplémentaires pour la deuxième personne ayant séjourné dans la même chambre. Ce n’est pas tant les 40€ supplémentaires qui nous on dérangés mais le fait de cacher ces frais jusqu’au Check out en nous mettant devant le fait accompli. Autre problèmes, au vu du prix de la nuit, il serait bien d’accorder l’accès au spa plus longtemps que jusqu’au moment du Check out (soit 11h du matin), ou y indiquer clairement les horaires d’accès au moment du la confirmation de la réservation. Pour nous qui sommes arrivés tard la première journée, il ne nous aura finalement pas été possible de profiter de celui-ci. Être un minimum arrangeant aurait été un plus pour un hôtel spa 4*… Mais le fond de commerce est apparement basé sur les frais cachés et sur le fait prendre les clients pour des cartes bancaires sur pieds ! Dernière chose, le wifi défaillant est apparemment une chose connu de la direction… Mais là encore, aucune compensation ni même d’excuses. Juste un « oui on sait » Cet hôtel ne nous reverra clairement plus.

L’hôtel était vraiment au top, le cadre très joli, tout était impeccable, les gens qui y travaillent sont très sympathiques et accueillants, tout en restant très professionnels. L’hygiène, que ce soit dans les chambres ou au restaurant ou dans le spa, est impeccable, nous avons été vraiment ravis de notre séjour et le recommandons chaleureusement. C’est un endroit qui vaut vraiment le coup, et on y retournera à coup sûr.
