「This was almost a 5 star review - only 1 issue let it down. First the positives: Great location close to the beach and beautiful views from the pool area ( Pool area service very helpful and attentive). 「Lovely hotel but I can really see why it’s a 4 star! I was by myself and found staff to be very nice and polite. The pinch points were the bar - just hire more staff. There was always a queue. I didn’t go all inclusive but food and drinks I thought was reasonably well ish priced. The other frustration was I got put in a room in the corner which was a bit sad. I understand it was their basic room but it just lacked the luxury a bit. The local area and cute shops are worth the short walk into...

「Our second stay here and we will be back. Beautiful location overlooking the marina and the coast. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is first class. Just a couple of issues worth raising that did not detract from a fabulous week. The lifts can be a little unreliable and were not all working properly on a couple of days; there were a couple of large male groups who were well behaved but it set a slightly different tone from our last visit which felt more family...
