「Perfect spot for the Mayon Volcano view. It's located near a 24-hour McDonald. The A/C in room A5 did not cool the room.」

「The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up」

「Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, good food in the restaurant. A bit noisy from the surroundings, but could be because of my jetlag. :)」
