The location is great if you want to be in the center of Sorrento and shopping. The hotel reception is not in the ground level so be prepared to walk up the stairs to check in with your luggage. It’s a very basic room but staff is helpful.

The location of this property is excellent. It took a minute to find, but once we were there, it was great. The room is a bit small but it was sufficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Be mindful, if you have heavy luggage, there are a lot of stairs just to get to the main lobby as it is not on the ground floor. You will need to contact them and request help if you need for your luggage before you arrive. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The hotel was centrally located on a busy walk only crowded alley but hidden with a beautiful courtyard. The street below was filled with small shops with many people browsing and shopping. The hotel was quiet despite the crowded street below. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend a stay.
