We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 children. I was not aware that the building did not have a reception desk on site so that changed our plans a little as we would have to store our luggage or drag it around with us. We waited for about an hour until a staff member came to check us in. The building is definitely deceiving as it looks old and not maintained from the outside. Once we got to Orange Suites and shown our suite we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and maintained well. Plenty of space for 4 people. The beds were firm and not very comfortable but they did the job. There wasn't any coffee/sugar or creamer in the room so that was a little disappointing. There is a kettle and supplies if you want to buy your own coffee and food in a market. The location was good and only a few minutes away from Piazza Tasso. It worked for our family for our needs but if I had a choice to pick again, I would have chosen something a bit nicer even if more expensive. I would rate it a 5/10.

Really consider that this is not a hotel and there is no reception desk at all, that would be a problem. Since my eSIM wasn't working, I had to ask a passerby to call the manager for me—something that might not have worked out. Fortunately, I happened to come across a friendly Italian man who contacted the staff on my behalf. Within the next 10 minutes, he arrived, and everything was resolved. Otherwise, I have no complaints; the room was very clean. It is a fairly recently renovated room in an old building.

My brothers and I (3 of us) booked this stay based on other good reviews - and they did not mislead. Orange Suites were awesome! Two air conditioning units, three beds, kitchen, balcony - and clean. Located 3-4 min on foot to the main corso. Not enough stars to give my endorsement! We loved it, we will be back.

This property fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the two of us and the refrigerator was a plus. The only problem was the cost it took to take a taxi from the property down to the marina was 30 euro each way - very pricey - but not walkable. However we found lots of great restaurants within walking distance of the property.

When we arrive the entrance was a mess! All we could think was how hotel.come could have this hotel. They were doing construction, the next day was not as bad. The room was nice modern didn’t have bottle of water which i really appreciate. Room was cleaned each day, not far from the main tourist spots.

It was ok

The location of Orange Suites was excellent since it was only about a five minute walk from the center. The shops and restaurants were not too far but far enough to where you don't get most of the tourist traffic. The location is being remodeled during my stay so there was a lot of construction trash, equipment, and materials in the front lawn and in the patio. I couldn't even use the Patio and enjoy the view during my stay because of this. During the day when the construction workers were working i was gone exploring Italy so the noise didn't bother me. I just wish I was told before arriving so I could've booked a different hotel. The cleaning service was just ok. our Towels were only changed once when we were there and we had a six night stay. They did do our beds everyday and took out the trash so that was a plus. We arrived at 2130 hours due to a flight delay so we got charged an extra 20 euros for a late check in. At a regular hotel this wouldn't happen.

The staff was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. The room was bigger than the photos showed online, and was very clean. The only thing I wish they had was luggage storage because we arrived early. Logistically it would help travelers if they provided that service. Otherwise it was the perfect stay and very centrally located to all the shops and beaches.

We weren’t contacted for check in. Not via the phone or email on our reservation or on Expedia message. They apparently attempted to reach us through whatapp (a third party app that we don’t have). This in turn let us have no check in options. We had to wait for someone to show up to let us in when they didn’t contact us with any info provided. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush and just stayed running for hours.

This place Is located in an unmarked apartment building with no reception or staff on site. The room in within an apartment unit renovated into five rooms. You have to coordinate with the property management company over WhatsApp for their staff to come meet you in order to check in. The person meeting us was late. The room felt and smelled damp. The mugs in our room were dirty. The safety security box was locked when we checked in, and the property management company didn’t respond to my request for the code to unlock it so we couldn’t use it during our stay. The room is not soundproof as stated in the advertising. On the second day, the door lock for our room became jammed and wouldn’t lock anymore. No one was available to help because there is no staff on site. The shower is missing half of the glass door so water flooded the bathroom after showering. There is nowhere to hang the bath towels in the bathroom, so we had to use clothing hangers to hang them up. The towels didn’t even dry up overnight because of how damp the room was. You need to keep the key card in the wall slot to keep the electricity on, and only one key card was provided. This meant that the AC and mini fridge both turned off while we were out, and we came back to a hot damp room and our water and fruits in the fridge were warm. Over priced for a substandard room. Consider all other options before booking this place!

Modern Hideaway

The apartment is very modern and perfectly clean. Housekeeping every day. 5 minutes from rail station, although pavements cobbled. Very short walk to centre. Very secure. Couple of minor issues. Safe didn't work and curtain on window not wide enough.
