The front desk help was exceptional. They were very patient with helping me understand the shuttle times and local ferry schedule above and beyond the call of duty. The view for breakfast is unmatched and alone worth staying here. My girlfriend was so happy with this location and remembers it as a highlight of our trip to Italy. To reiterate, the bald gentleman with glasses at the front desk offered unmatched customer service which was very unusual compared to other places we stayed in Europe.

Wonderful well priced hotel, great pool/outdoor area and friendly staff. The free shuttle runs to and from town hourly, I would have preferred and bit more often, but it was still a great service to have available as taxis are so expensive there.

The room itself was a little small but not a big deal since we had the outside patio overlooking the valley, it was beautiful! The pool outside was a big plus! And the restaurant was amazing! My husband still talks about the food he had there! The staff was incredibly nice! The shuttle going into sorrento was great as well! They made us feel special! Happy we stayed here!

Lovely hotel with amazing views of Sorrento. We had dinner every night on the outside veranda overlooking this spectacular vista - something we never got bored of. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice and dinner ( we were half board) consisted if 3 courses of home cooked authentic Italian dishes - delicious! The pool area is lovely and our room was great. Staff are very friendly and so helpful. There is a free shuttle bus to and from Sorrento which is very handy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend!
