The view is breathtaking! Lovely accommodations away from the busy town—shuttle bus is a fantastic service. Giovanni is a jewel and oh so accommodating! All staff were lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in Sorrento. Thank you for lasting memories. I miss hearing the donkey already!

The hotel is bright, fresh and clean. The views from all over the property are incredible. The staff was extra accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. We had several accommodations throughout a 2 week stay in Italy and this was by far our favorite, I hated to leave!

The shuttle was convenient. The views are nice from the pool but we paid to upgrade to a sea view room. You had to go onto the balcony and look over the railing to see the view. Do not take room 1. Guests sitting on the dining balcony can see right into your room.

Hotel avec jolie vue

Hotel avec une très jolie vue sur la baie de Naples et le Vésume. Jaccuzi appréciable en demi saison. Chambre vue mer de taille standard avec une grande terrasse. Petit déjeuner bon et varié (buffet). La gentillesse, la disponibilité du réceptionniste et le fait qu’il parle le français était un vrai plus. La navette gratuite etait également un vrai plus pour descendre à Sorrente. Le parking voiture à 400m environ.

Hotel Villa Fiorita had the most Beautiful views of Sorrennto!. The Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The morning breakfast served such a variety of fresh foods and the dinner menu was Delicious!! If we ever get back to Sorrento Hotel Villa Fiorita is where we will stay!

We booked a gorgeous sea view balcony and had a wonderful trip. The staff were always so nice and friendly. The shuttle bus to town ran about every hour except a lunch break and it was perfect for our family. Breakfast was wonderful with a mixture of hot and cold items like eggs, bacon, fruit, and pastries. We spent one night in the hot tub overlooking Mount Vesuvius. The staff helped us secure an airport transfer and it was worth it. The train to Sorrento gave us quite a few headaches on the trip and I was so glad we had a private transfer to and from the airport. The shuttle into town takes about 15-25 minutes depending on traffic and we pick up a few other hotels along the way. I loved staying on the hillside because it was just so beautiful and different from being in the city. We heard a donkey and roosters outside our room every day too. It just added to the magic!

The staff was amazing and very helpful with planning our excursions (hotel pick-up for excursions was a great surprise). We had a balcony with an amazing view though we didn't spend much time in our room to enjoy it. The hotel is far from the main areas of Sorrento with shopping & dining, but the shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to use. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we're fortunate enough to ever make it back to Sorrento.

If you do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, this is a beautiful retreat up in the hills overlooking Sorrento. A 15 minute complimentary bus takes you to and from the city center. It has a beautiful sundeck with two hot tubs and a small pool. The restaurant prepared the best food of anywhere we ate.

If you like to be away from hustle and bustle of Sorrento, Villa Fiorita is a great option. Beautiful views, great dining and well cared for rooms. Shuttle bus into Sorrento is very handy, just have to time your outings. Be aware that passenger loading is on same side of street as Grand Caesar Augustus. You will see bus drive by but it goes on past you, makes a loop at traffic circle it returns and picks and drops off on Grand Caesar Augustus side of street.

Very rude

Front desk staff were very rude. We booked a room with a terrace and when we got there they said that we booked the very last room and that there wasn’t a room with a terrace available. They didn’t care, and were very rude and disrespectful. The whole reason we booked here was for the morning view of anmalfi coast. They also had the hot tub closed the entire time. They said it was because it was windy. The second night there was zero wind, but they still had it closed and said it was because of wind.

The views were spectacular from above Sorrento. Being out of the city was quiet and relaxing. The bus shuttle to town throughout the day was very convenient. Food was excellent.
