The hotel overall is very clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Italy trip and this was our favorite one! It it was close to the center (about a 10 minute walk) without feeling like you’re in too crowded of an area. Bonus points for the pool and the excellent morning breakfast!

Room was newly refurbished to a very high standard. Excellent facilities and walkable to Sorrento and the train station. Lovely pool and bar area. Highly recommended - would definately stay here again.

We stayed there one night and had an amazing time! We had a room on the fifth floor with an amazing balcony view of the Bay. The pool is lovely. Our room was clean and amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful. And very good with English.

Our overall experience with the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only thing we didn’t care for is how noisy it was outside, but that obviously is not the Hotel‘s fault.

The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Our room and bathroom were small but clean and the ac worked better than we were anticipating. Hotel is walking distance to the city center and port which was very convenient. Good location that is walkable from Sorrento centre with a pool that has lots of loungers and a well equipped gym (cardio equipment could use some maintenance though). Breakfast was great and room was clean and a good size.

Property and staff were wonderful. Room was sizable and comfortable and we had a nice large bathroom space. Pool and amenities were beautiful. This hotel is walkable to town, but about a half mile down a busy road to get there. While walking isnt an issue for us, it would be a bit further out than I would recommend for anyone with mobility issues. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Amazing hotel, the best we stayed in during our trip to Italy. The hotel is modern,clean and in a good location. The staff was 10 out of 10. So excited I booked this hotel, we stayed for 3 nights. We had a wine bottle and cookies waiting for us in the room. We had a fantastic room with nice view. Thank you to the staff, we were so impressed with how helpful they were.

Excellent property ;excellent value; Extra 10 minute walk compared to other hotels that are more central to downtown however, this is equidistant from downtown to the train station. If You desire a full fitness center full gym, the gym is great very large multiple rooms. Breakfast is included is excellent with full options. Properties very clean. Was on top floor with small balcony , Full water view With huge outdoor terrace. large pool with at least 50 seats. Full bar at Pool.

It is NOT worth the money we paid and expectations we had. The elevator was not working when we arrived (we have a toddler and I am 7 months pregnant) once we for there, the bathroom floor was full of black hair from a dirty mop probably (couldn’t take photos as I was rushing to bathe my baby), and we saw several silverfishes on our beds. The staff were lovely though, but the amenities are far from being fancy and I repeat, NOT worth the price…

Generally a good 5 night stay. Convenient location but have reservations about fire evacuation policy from 5th floor after a false alarm. Reported it to front desk and a potential big problem if they don’t action. 1a.m. Alarm went off rushed down nearest staircase as directed, past the kitchen ( most common place for fires to start) to reach ground floor, THE ESCAPE DOOR was locked!! We went down to the basement garage and the doors were locked. Eventually, we managed to reach the lobby when the door opened after the alarm stopped ringing. The night manager said nothing to worry about go back-so I spent the next few days trying to sleep worried about the hotel not worrying about my fire exit concerns. Otherwise, it was a good stay with wonderful helpful and very friendlystaff in a traditional style hotel. Breakfast was comfortable. Swimming pool was good and I believe the gym to be excellent but we never managed to use it (closed during siesta time). Location is walkable to train, ferries,buses and restaurants whilst not too noisy. The views from fifth floor rooms are great but the lift only goes to fourth and followed by two more flights of (service) stairs or a walk through the outside rooftop terrace with stunning views included.
