Wonderful Stay at Anna Belle Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Anna Belle Hotel. The view was absolutely stunning — one of those you could sit and enjoy for hours — and the rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Salvatore, who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. His warmth and professionalism truly stood out. A perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and great scenery — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Incredible resort. Has to be one of the best views in Sorrento. It is very boutique and feels like you have the space to yourself even in the busy season. The grounds are stunning. The building is older (as is everything in Sorrento) but still very classy and clean.

Wonderful Stay – Super Clean and Super Welcoming

We had a great experience at this hotel. The place was very, very clean — honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They even offered us a late check-out, saying the room wasn’t booked and we could leave whenever we were ready — no pressure at all. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and it showed in every interaction. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful, newly renovated boutique hotel than greatly exceeded all expectations! We travel quite a bit around the world and have never experienced such attentive and service-oriented staff! Salvatore, in particular, is the most amazing host, doing everything possible to be accommodating—-but beyond! He arranged everything for us and left no detail unattended—even things we never thought about. I can’t say enough about Anna Belle and the impeccable treatment we received there. Highly recommend. Overall great stay

The rooms are a bit dated, although the views from the ocean facing rooms are great. Food menu is pretty limited, but the food tasted great. No complaints on the service. Everyone was very friendly. Things I would say that needs improvements: The mattress and pillows are pretty hard. Should probably get something a little softer. The pool water is so cold, I couldn't go in. I wish there was a pool heater. The bathroom curtain offers no privacy and it is transparent. People who looked up in the window could see us naked in our bathroom. You might want to install a blackout in the bathroom windows.

I cannot say enough about the spectacular stay my family has here at this breathtaking resort! There is such care taken to make every part of the stay special. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff, the great chef, daily breakfasts, snack time, dining room, wine list, fresh squeezed orange juice, cappuccinos on the patio, Aperol Sprtz’s by the pool, the transfers to/from town, the boat tour around Capri they set up for us (which was perfection). At this price point, a hotel comes with additional expectations. I would not repeat my stay at Anna Belle. The grounds and exterior are beautiful as is the view. Unfortunately, there were things that made this a mediocre stay. First, the room temperature is controlled at the front desk which is not staffed 24/7. Second, the bed was two mattresses (standard in Italy) that kept separating, making for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Third, there was a wood fire nearby both days I was there. The hotel keeps all of its doors open and the smoke was irritating to my eyes and throat while I was there (in my room).

Beautiful property with amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Sorrento. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. They were helpful arranging the shuttle pickup and drop off each day for their driver, Silvio. The included breakfasts each morning were wonderful and generous. We were never hungry there. We really enjoyed being a short drive up the hill away from all the street noise of busy Sorrento and the thousands of scooters. With limited parking and street access , it was a relief to park the car and use their shuttle each day. The only improvements are minor. In the bathroom, the shower / tub had no curtain or door, so you had to be extra careful to not have water splash everywhere. The hotel is all marble flooring , so noise does travel far. A few rugs or tapestries might make it a bit quieter. The lights in the hallways are always on , but the bedroom door had some big gaps that let in a lot of light, despite being closed and locked. Some foam padding or slight adjustments on to the door would make the room darker. We will def go back whenever we're in Sorrento again!

Amazing. Superb. Phenomenal. Serene. Delightful. Relaxing. The words don't capture the feelings we have for the place. Everyone is kind and gracious. The answer is always yes. They do everything they can to make you feel at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the views are astounding. The food is consistently wonderful. The car service is reliable and the driver courteous (and extremely accomplished!). The bed, the bath, the balcony all gorgeous. We were there in March so rainy and cool. But we'll be back.

An excellent hotel with its own fruits garden. Away from city centre but you could enjoy great Sorrento view from high-up with privacy. Mr Salvador recommendeded us a great day cruise tour to Capri. All team members are helpful and attentive. A la carte breakfast at good quality too. We love this hotel and give our opinions below for improvement consideration: 1) Routine air-con maintenence check. We spent 1st sleepless night due to no air-con and ventilation, without realizing that it was broken (as the digital screen appears nornal) 2) Change the every half hour shuttle 4-seater car to 8-seater minivan. This would help to reduce overly long queue for shuttle and adequate space for luggage placing.
