Razoável, já estive nesse hotel algumas vezes, mas confesso que dessa vez fiquei decepcionado. A toalha estava em péssimo estado. o Café da manha caiu bastante de qualidade. Não se compara a ultima vez que estive nesse hotel.

Péssimo

O hotel merece meia estrela, somente pelo chuveiro quente. As instalações são péssimas. O quarto possuía mofo nas paredes, o banheiro também. A circulação e ventilação do quarto é horrível. A cama e toalhas de banho são de péssima qualidade. O café da manhã, nota 3. O estacionamento no subsolo é extremamente pequeno e de difícil acesso. O elevador, parece que vai desabar… Enfim, não recomendo e não voltaria.

Atendimento bom, nas péssima limpeza.

Quarto bom, confortável. Porém a queixa maior é a limpeza, gente a limpeza desse hotel é muito ruim. Privada quando chegamos no quarto e levantamos a tampa estava com pingos de xixi. Em plena Pandemia o quarto desse jeito. Fora que local de alimentação do café da manhã, estava cheirando xixi na mesa que ficamos, tivemos que trocar de mesa pq o cheiro estava muito forte, e o café da manhã tbm é bem simples, porém não é ruim. Atendimento achei bom, são educados.

Limpeza ruim, tinha cabelos nas roupas de cama e banho. Café da manhã ruim, pouquíssimas opções, sem xícaras e copos suficientes. Paredes dos quartos mofadas. Cobraram 90 reais de taxa para meu pet, a qual a informação está escondida nos sites de reserva.

HOTEL DECEPCIONOU NO ATENDIMENTO E ACOLHIMENTO

O hotel não é novo, mas isso em si não seria um problema. A limpeza é regular, não é um ponto forte do local. Acho que o mais complicado é que não nos sentimos acolhidos. O atendimento por parte dos funcionarios, exceto pessoal do café, foi frio e indiferente. Faltou por exemplo, uma maior atenção ao quarto, como reposição dos itens de toilette. Na minha opinião, este hotel não mecere a classificação de 4 estrelas. Deixou realmente muito a desejar.

Bom custo benefício, não gostei do café da manhã. Tem um bar no primeiro andar do hotel bom e fica lotado, o problema é o barulho pra quem fica nos quartos da frente eu pedi para mudar de quarto e prontamente a recepcionista atendeu meu pedido.

O atendimento cordial e interesse na solução de problemas foi muito agradável. Apenas não gostei de uma cadeira com defeito no pistão (não parava na altura desejada), mas recebi a promessa que estaria consertada na próxima visita.

Ótimo custo benefício

Foi uma hospedagem muito tranquila e satisfatória. O quarto era muito aconchegante e limpo. Realmente o custo benefício vale muito a pena. O bar do hotel oferece uma variedade de refeições e bebidas deliciosas. O que deixou a desejar foi a segurança do hotel, não tem alguém que controle o fluxo de pessoas que entram, ainda mais no bar que fica no primeiro andar e todos tem acesso ao elevador, ou seja, não há problemas se alguém que não esteja hospedado queira ir aos quartos com más intenções. Além disso o portão da garagem fica aberto durante o dia. Do restante achamos confortável, com ótimo atendimento.

Excelente localização, funcionários educados e atenciosos, café da manhã sem luxo, mas muito gostoso. Achei o meu quarto com um cheiro estranho e sem ventilação. Não sei se é pq fiz a opção por um quarto que permitia pet... O quarto dos meus sogros era excelente: grande e cheiroso! Voltaria ao hotel, com certeza!

O chuveiro era muito bom. Esquentava bastante. Ter que pegar o controle remoto na recepção para entrar no estacionamento da rua de trás, e depois voltar à recepção para devolver, é algo que não é bacana. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Sem manteiga individual, sem itens saudáveis, como granola, apresuntado ao invés de presunto.
