「Beautiful apartment, perfectly located. Just renovated, very comfortable for 4 people. Great mattresses and pillows. Will definitively recommend to those traveling to bellagio !」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「We chose to spend a night here for our honeymoon. The hotel provides a very convenient—and free—shuttle service, which is incredibly thoughtful given that Varenna is a town nestled on a hillside. They can pick you up and drop off anytime from either the train station or the ferry pier ! 「Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

「We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.」

「Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster.」
