The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and all of our needs were met (extra organic snacks, breakfast to order, farm to table soaps, and yoga space, solar heated hot tub, and pool use). "Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."

"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."
