「All good superb experience 」

「Unfortunately I lost my driving license in the UK on the way over to Italy so couldn't hire a car. Luckily I had friends who transported me to and from the hotel as required. There is no easy access to public transport and it is remote from shops too. To my surprise, I found out this hotel is one also used by couples seeking privacy, if you know what I mean. I didn't witness anything myself so not a problem for solo travellers. It was clean and staff were very friendly 」

「Mooi hotel, ruime nette kamer, konden lekker buiten zitten voor de kamer, gezellig buiten n drankje doen bij het hotel, goede service en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Je loopt zo het gezellige centrum van het mooie Crema in waar je heel veel gezellige tentjes vind om heerlijk te lunchen, dineren of een drankje doen. Vlakbij het hotel kun je fietsen huren, en ook in en rondom Crema veel leuke en mooie bezienswaardigheden! Kortom geweldige tijd gehad hier!! Komen zeker een keer terug!」

「飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。」

「Hotel e atendimento excelente! Quarto e banheiro agradáveis, limpos, cama confortável. Cafe da manha simples, mas bem gostoso. Só deixo uma sugestão: disponibilizem algum contato de WhatsApp oara contato, pois meu celular não fazia ligações internacionais, e tive dificuldade de contato para avisar da chegada. Excellent hotel and service! Nice, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast simple but very tasty. Just a suggestion: provide some WhatsApp number contact, my cell phone did...

「A wonderful experience with the owner Rocco from beginning to end. Great dinner, lovely breakfast - always with fresh and delicious ingredients. Wifi worked great even though you are outside of the village. I recommend this place 100% for people who enjoy tranquility and quality. 」

「Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. 」

「Lovely owner Guilianna prepared a breakfast for us even though we were leaving very early to catch our flight. There was a cot available for our baby. Easy parking and there is a restaurant and cafe/bar in walking distance and bakery across the road 」
