Just used the Hotel room as a stop over while we were having work done at our apartment. Clean tidy comfortable and just what we needed good variety of choice at breakfast.

Could be great with nicer staff!

The hotel itself is clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is fab. However, I found the bar staff to be quite rude. I also had a day where I couldn’t use a sunbed round the pool as so many people had reserved them with towels, despite signs saying this wasn’t allowed. When I spoke to three different members of staff, they told me I have to solve the problem myself - I couldn’t believe it.

We had a nice room with balcony for 2 nights and 3 days. I took 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. At the time I visited I was lactating and I needed to pump. The fridge they had in the room spoiled ALL my milk! Because it was not cold at all. It was almost warm (yes we checked the thermostat). That was the worse thing I experienced. Breastmilk is liquid gold and I personally struggle with my supply. I had around 20oz of milk that I carefully carried from the plane overseas and once I transferred to their fridge overnight… it went completely bad. I cried so bad and made me regret choosing this hotel. 2. The A/C was also never cool. We were sweating at night. 3. The room service didn’t provide new towels, nor refilled the vanity items. They also didn’t take the night stand garbage, that was just standing there visible. I must say that I appreciated the help of Rosa from the restaurant who accepted taking my milk and store it in their professional refrigerator to save some oz. She was very nice, professional and caring. Thank you Rosa! I hope I get to see you again. The food from the breakfast was excellent as well as the service. The staff very attentive and helpful.

Das Essen war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und im Überfluss vorhanden.Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist in bester Lage zum Strand, man kommt vom Hoteleigenen Pool,über die Promenade, direkt zum Strand.

Skønt hotel

Det er et rigtig dejligt hotel helt nede i strandkanten. Der er god plads på hotellet og selv i højsæsonen er det muligt at få en liggestol. Der er parkering ved et nærliggende Aldi, hvor det er gratis at parkere. Der er en stor og varieret morgenmad. Aftensmaden er buffet.

Tolles, ruhiges Hotel mit überwiegend deutschen Urlaubern. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind funktional, etwas trist. Minimale Animation, was für uns gereicht hat. In der Umgebung zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung an der Straße oder auf dem großen Parkplatz vor Aldi zu finden. Schöner Pool und Strand. Das Highlight für uns war die Dachterrasse mit Wirlpool. Das Essen war lecker und Abwechslungsreich, für jeden was dabei. Das Personal freundlich, aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Ein gelungender Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der tolle Ausblick, den man von Balkon aus genießen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand, ideal für entspannte Tage am Meer. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Top-Lage, in erster Reihe zum Strand. Sehr freundliches, professionelles Personal in sämtlichen Funktionen. Parkmöglichkeiten kostenlos in 5min Laufweite. Grosse Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität bei Frühstück- und Dinner-Buffet. Sehr empfehlenswert! Kommen gerne wieder! Très déçu.

Très déçu de cet hôtel dans l’ensemble mais surtout vis-à-vis du personnel qui est hautain (sans aucune raison de l’être). On nous a fait payé la somme de 396€ à la fin du séjour car les enfants sont en fait considérés comme des adultes (au dessus de 13 ans). Chose qui n’était mentionné nulle part sur l’annonce hôtel.com. Bien qu’une conseillère hôtel.com soit entrée en contact avec eux pour leur expliquer qu’ils n’avaient pas à nous faire payer ces frais car ce n’était pas mentionné, leur mauvaise fois a pris le dessus et ils ont refusé de l’entendre. Heureusement, hôtel.com nous avons remboursé mais j’espère que des sanctions seront prises vis à vis de cet hôtel. Mis à part ça, les chambres étaient propres dans l’ensemble et le buffet assez moyen, nourriture fade et horaires étranges (dîner de 18h à 21h) ce qui faisait que le monde était concentré en même temps (idem pour le petit déjeuner). En bref, le seul point positif est la situation de l’hôtel face à la plage mais vous pourrez certainement en trouver d’autres beaucoup mieux !
