"We had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights. Rooms had been renovated during winter 2022 and they are in very nice. All interior was new. We had daily cleaning of the room which we did not expect. Fresh towells every day. We booked our stay with breakfast - and restaurant had a very nice buffet - we did not miss anything. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Give Ferrer Hotel Isabel our warmest recommendation. Should be four Star - not three Star. "

"Just back from a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and basic but had everything we needed for a week. A shower caddy and toothbrush holder in the bathroom would have made things easier along with a couple of hooks for towels. Children loved the pool and it was very safe in the complex. We ate in the restaurant and snack bar and both were ok for food. I think making the menus smaller would help with consistency. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. "Lovely hotel clean and friendly, found there were very few english people staying, didnt find that a problem though. Food very good plenty of choise, drinks ok but ould have liked the option of water available, only seemed to be fissy or hot drinks which was very nice but not suitable for a 2 year old. Pools were very nice again would have like to have seen a shallow pool just for toddlers as the bigger pools and aqua park although lovely were notover good for little people.Free bus every half...
