「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「A nice hotel for what I needed, great communication from the hotel for my arrival. If anything the room was a bit dark and could do with adding another standing lamp just to give a bit more light. Great underground parking which is safe and convenient 」
