Ikke godt nok...

ALT var lukket.... poolen, legeområdet.... etc. Man booker netop dette familiehotel for at børnene får en eventyrlig oplevelse... når alle de ting er lukkede burde hotellet kompensere gæsterne økonomisk..... størrelsen på værelserne var god, komforten i sengene var god... prisen var for høj hvis man tager det faktum at pool med mere var lukket med i beregningen. Morgenmaden (buffet) er med stor afstand det dårligste jeg nogensinde har oplevet på et hotel.... ikke pengene værd... rengøringen på badeværelset var ikke god nok, og der lugtede af urin når man brugte bruseren...

Efterårsophold.

Parken var sjov men lukkede kl 18 de dage vi var der. Aftenbuffeten på hotellet kunne vi først få bord til kl 20 det var ok men buffeten blev ikke fyldt op så det var lidt tarveligt. Desuden er der ikke mange der kan engelsk. Morgenbuffet var udemærket. Sengene virkelig hårde så det var godt det kun var 2 nætter. Svømmebadet var et hit for børnene. Hotellet var pænt og rent og flot halloween pyntet.

Leider nicht mehr so perfekt wie damals...

Also wir waren vor 3 Jahren das letzte Mal vor Ort und wir müssen leider sagen, das die Erwartungen vom letzten Mal nicht erfüllt worden sind. Im Oktober 2019 gibt es leider keine "Schatzsuche" mehr für Kinder, da man jetzt Helloween einen Monat lang im Park feiert, letztes Mal war dieses Event nur eine Woche lang. Abends nach dem Essen, gibt es auch keine Artisten-Show mehr, damals Artisten von der Madagascar Show... Alles DInge aus dem Grund wir das Hotel gebucht haben und die leider nicht erfüllt worden sind! Aus dem Grund würden wir es so nicht nochmal buchen für diesen Preis!

Fantastisk flott og gjennomført hotell. Snill og behjelpelig betjening som spurte om vi hadde billett til Heide Park og tilbydde seg å printe ut billetten for oss. Stort og fint rom. God frokost med godt utvalg. Kommer lett tilbake her :)

Fantastisk hotel

Dejlig hotel, god placering i forhold til parken. God morgenmad. En rigtig børnevenlig hotel. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Das einchecken ging sehr schnell,dass Personal war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend egal in welchem Bereich. Das Zimmer war super schön eingerichtet,mit Liebe zum Detail und geräumig war es auch noch.

Good for 2 nights

Superduper, only thing is that you ate quite locked to the Hotel, there is nothing around. If you would like anything Else than the bufet, Bad for you, you cannot :/ Other than that, Nice with Kids, 2 nights are enough.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön thematisiert nach den verschiedenen Themen-Bereichen des Heide Parks. Auch der Hotelflur ist entsprechend den Zimmerkategorien gestaltet sowie der Aufzug mit passenden Soundeffekten ausgestattet. Wir haben den Geburtstag meines Freundes gefeiert und zwei Nächte im Western-Zimmer verbracht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem wunderschön gestalteten Badezimmer und dem komfortablen Bett. Gefehlt hat mir ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben den Geburtstagstisch für Erwachsene gebucht fürs Abendessen (beinhaltet einen dekorierten Tisch, Luftballons, Süssigkeiten, Kuchen und Sekt). Piraten-Clowns sorgen für Unterhaltung. Live-Musik/Gesang in der Bar. Für Kinder gibt es abends eine Schatzsuche. Dinner-Buffet bietet reichlich Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Frühstück ebenfalls vielfälltig mit kalten und warmen Speisen im Angebot. Wir durften einen tollen Aufenthalt geniessen und kommen gerne wieder.

Great hotel with direct park access

This hotel was great with direct park access. We had a western themed room which was cool. My daughter loved it. Hotel was very clean and pool was good. There was also a treasure hunt for the kids after dinner which was great. The kids got to go into the park after dark. They even gave the kids lanterns which was a nice touch. . The things we didn't like were the 4pm check in and 10am check out. The food was also very expensive and the dinner was only a buffet option, €33 per adult for buffet dinner. Food was only OK. We would stay there again.

Sehr schöner Freizeitpark, ist auch für die kleineren im Peppa Pig Land für Unterhaltung gesorgt. Wir übernachteten im Abendteuerhotel, am Abend wurde für die Kinder immer eine Schatzsuche durch den Park organisiert, diese dauerte ca. 1 Stunde, es bestand auch die Möglichkeit nach Parkschluß noch im Schwimmbad (mit schöner Rutsche) schwimmen zu gehen. Es wurde auch mit 3 Übernachtungen und zwei ganzen Tagen im Park nie langeweilig

Traumhaft schönes Hotel, besonderes Erlebnis

Ich habe mit meiner Tochter und meiner 5 jährigenEnkelin das WE im Hotel verbracht. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis; das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (Piratenzimmer).Das Hotel sieht aus wie eine Burg auch von innen. Das Essen abends und das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und schmackhaft.Die Nähe am Heide Park und der hoteleigener Parkplatz war sehr praktisch.

Dejlig weekend

Det var en fantastisk weekend. Vejret var perfekt, maden var god, hyggeligt værelse, dejligt personale - tak til Nora for at tale dansk med mig - jeg kunne dog ønske lidt ventilation på værelset. Der var meget varmt om natten. Men Heide Abendteuer Hotel er MEGET anbefalings værdigt

Kurzurlaub im Heidepark

Haben uns ein schönes Wochenende im Heidepark gemacht. 2 Nächte für 556,98 € (2 EW 1 Kleinkind) inc. Frühstück ohne Parkeintritt sind im nachhinein zuviel. Wollten vorab das Abendessen buchen (hätte Rabatt gegeben). Sind aber nicht telefonisch durchgekommen und haben den vollen Abendpreis bezahlt. Rezeption war mit Lehrling besetzt, hatte leider nicht viel Ahnung. Nur ein Kaffeautomat beim Frühstück und zwei Filterkaffeebehälter.

Magien og det ekstraordinære manglede

Til en pris på 2.200 kr for 1 døgn i et Vestern premium værelse, var vi en smule skuffet og sidder med en lidt tom fornemmelse. Værelses-indretningen var udført i noget som umiddelbart ligner træ, men i virkeligheden er det en plastik beklædning. Og plastik er lidt det indtryk man får af hele oplevelsen på hotellet, for magien mangler. Hotellet famlet imellem forskellige temaer, uden det bliver rigtig godt eller fungerer overbevisende. Vi bookede i forventning om noget ekstraordinært, til den pris og når det er mere luksus på et Scandic hotel i DK, er prisen på ingen måde rimelig. Herudover skal man vide at ALT foregår på tysk, så for to børn fra Danmark på 9 og 14 år, var det umuligt at deltage i noget som helst, hvilket er et helt generelt problem ved Heide Park. Det er henvendt tyskere og udelukkende dem og man glemmer totalt at man arbejder med turisme.

Überteuertes Themenhotel, schlechter Service

Für den enormen Preis, welchen das Hotel verlangt, war der Service ernüchternd. Bei einer verlorener Baby-Flasche wurden wir vom Restaurant an die Rezeption und von dort wieder ins Restaurant geschickt - so eine schlechte Kommunikation! Beim Check-In wurden ein riesen Problem gemacht, weil ein Voucher nicht vorlag. Komischerweise ging das Einchecken nach 25! Minuten dann auch mit dem Reservierungsnamen. Unsere Zimmerkarte öffnete dann aber ein Zimmer, welches bereits bewohnt war! Toll war das Essen (aber auch hier sehr teuer). Die Auswahl war überwältigend!
