This was my 2nd time staying. I specifically picked this property knowing what to expect. Next time I will trade up. The room was a little dark due to the fact it was basement apartment Wich also made the window impossible to open it was to high. Otherwise I can't complain about anything and will choose the same property again. Good job everyone. Housekeeping very friendly to.

It’s okay but not for long stays ..

It was dirty on the first day I arrived there was hair and a lot of dust everywhere. And since there is no vacuum cleaner in the room you can’t clean by yourself..I stayed in a room that was looking to the train line so whenever you try to fall asleep you just learn the train schedules! And the aspiration is very loud itself. There are black curtains but in 4 in the morning it doesn’t matter, they are not fit to the wall so you can see the light and you are done with your sleeping ..

Great place

I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve.

This was a really lovley aparthotel type setup that had many facilities, washing machine, desk, dishwasher etc etc. The decor was tasteful and modern, and security was via card locks and coded main door lock. Due to a laye arrival i used the out of hours self checkin, where the key was left in a keybox attached to a wall. It worked well and i was able to easily access my room with the detailed instructions provided. It is placed about 15min walk to the train station or you can catch an Uber which along with Bolt are available in this area. Bolt food delivery is also possible to this location using the app. A train to Stockholm city centre is £3.13p one way and the same to Arlanda airport. The only downside was that my room was not cleaned once during my entire 4 night visit. It wasnt a problem as i managed to keep it clean, however its a standard thing in hotels to have a bit of a vac and freshen up the room so would have been nice if management offer daily housekeeping in the rooms. The second point is that there is no air conditioning and my stay in July was quite uncomfortable in that it was impossible to cool the room even with all the windows open. I would suggest management to address this by placing a simple inexpensive fan in each room, it would have really have helped. That was my only points that i feel the management needs to address. Would i stay again?? definitely! A thumbs up to this establishment that take clear pride in there work and service.

Detta var fjärde gången jag har bott på Magnolia House, och det vill inte bli den sista. Om någonting fungerar varför byta. Det känns som att komma hem. Mataffär ligger nära. Som sagt va så har jag inget negativet att säga . Så dem vill se mig snart igen. Vill tacka alla för ett bra job.

Ottimi appartamenti con tutto il necessario e a pochi minuti a piedi dal treno che collega ad Arlanda, Uppsala e Stoccolma in meno di 30 minuti. Non c’è reception e non è sempre immediato contattare i gestori.

Långhelg i studenttider

Enkelt tillgängligt och bekvämt boende. Mycket vacker promenad längs Norrviken. Varmt på rummet, ingen möjlighet att reglera temp via ventilationen. Gick inte att ha fönstret lite öppet och låst. Väldigt varma täcken, ta med tunnt täcke om så önskas rekommenderas. Ta med extra toapapper och ta med hushållspapper. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Preis und Leistung hervorragend. Man war sehr rasch in der Natur und auch schnell in Stockholm oder in Uppsala. Sehr wichtig ist es, das Bett war sehr komfortabel und schlief gut darin.

Två fina dagar i Norrviken

Bra på alla sätt. Iställer f att bo hos anhöriga, som vi brukar, var detta ett perfekt alternativ i dessa tider med pandemi o andra smittor. Sköna sängar o bra utrustning i köket o bra med kyl o frys. Vi hade lite problem med TV n. Lyckades bara få in kanal TV 1.... Återkommer gärna t detta boende.

Jättefint rent smidigt lätt att ta sig dit och även lätt att ta sig in till Stockholm. Nära till allt tex matbutiker bensinstationer med mer. Nära till pendeln och badplats. Mysig utemiljö. Tyst i rummen man hör inga andra grannar. Stora terasser med möjlighet att sitta ute på sommaren och sola eller äta om man vill det. Grymt med tvättmaskin som har inbyggd torktumlare. Fullt utrustat kök med allt man kan tänkas behöva. Det ända som fattas på sommaren är ac eller fläkt men det åkte vi och köpte för en billig peng på jula som ligger 5 min bort.
