「This is not a typical hotel room. It is large and roomy. It has a kitchenette and the bedroom is upstairs. The staff was very professional and very helpful. We found that the shower leaks water all over the floor which may have been a recent issue due to a recent minor earthquake. There was two very noisy parties in the courtyard during our stay. Both nights included fireworks being set off at midnight.」

We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. 「Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. 」
