The front desk staff was asleep when I arrived and told me I had no reservation. The property looks old and dirty. The refund was not easy.

속초시내의 숙박료는 허름한 모텔들도 비싼데 이곳은 차로 20분 거리에 훌륭한 가성비 였어요. 시설은 오래되고 방은 좁은편 이었지만. 청결은 나름 신경써서 관리하고 계신듯 했습니다.

울산바위를 바라보며 ~

울산바위쪽으로 숙박했는데 뷰가 정말 좋았어요. 2박으로 예약했는데 설악산과 백담사를 들러 걷기도 하면서 즐겁게.보냈고, 하루는 컨디션이 좋지않아 숙소에서 음악듣고 커피마시며 울산바위를 원없이 바라보며 힐링했어요. 바람이 많이 부는 날이라 소리가 들렸지만 그 소리마져 즐겼고 잠도 잘 자는편이라 편안하게 보내다 왔습니다.

깨끗하고 좋아요!!!!

고등학교 수학여행이후로 처음으로 설악산을 가족과 함께갔어요. 일주일전 주말 예약한 다른숙소... 출발하다 집안에 일이 생겨 양도 하고 일주일밖에 남지 않은 한글날 주말에 예약하려니 이미 다 예약이 되어있고 검색하다가 후기글 보고 설악산파크리조트에 예약했어요. 오래된 건물이지만 도착했을때 외관은 생각보다 깨끗하고 아늑해보였어요. 아이들과 들어가자마자 사장님이 아이들에게 반갑게 인사해주시고 반갑게 맞아주셨어요. 실내도 오래된 건물이지만 욕실과 방은 아주 깨끗하고 청결했어요. 물도 엄청 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 이불은 조금 깨끗한 느낌은 없었어요. 성수기에 설악산갈때 차몰고 가면 주차장이 부족해 길에서 차가 멈춰서 여기숙소에 차를 두고 걸어서 가는걸 추천합니다.

너무 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요^^

낙후된 시설이라고 해서 걱정했는데 급하걱 잡아서 간거라, 별기대없이 갔어요. 뚜둥... 온돌이고, 민박집 느낌이였지만, 너무 조용하고 따뜻하고 깨끗함으로 아늑하게 하루밤을 보내고 설악산으로 올라갔네요. 무엇보다 직원분들 너무 친절하셔서 불편함없이 편안하게 지내다 왔어요. 샤워도 팡팡 따뜻하게 잘 했어요! 등산할때 가격대비 가성비 좋습니다!

갈 곳 없으면 여기라도 가세요.

아주 낡은 리조텔을 성수기에 저렴하게 판매하고 있습니다. 여름 성수기에 속초에 갈 곳 없으면 여기라도 가야죠. 시설은 매우 낡았고 주변 환경은 더 처참합니다만 잠만 잘 거면 그럭저럭 괜찮습니다. 이부자리 깔끔하고 수건도 석 장 주십니다. 주인 분들은 친절하십니다. 에어컨, 텔레비전, 와이파이도 갖추고 있고 냉장고도 있습니다.

전형적인 게스트 하우스입니다. 온돌이 바닥이 따듯해서 추운 날 좋았습니다. 오래되었지만 친절하고요. 겨울이라 주변 호텔들은 파장분위기라 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

가격대비 너무 괜찮은 숙소

가격에 비하여 너무 괜찮습니다. 물론 수 십만원짜리 호텔보다는 못하죠. 그러나 낡은 건물에도 청결하고, 주인분이 매우 친절하며, 설악산도 걷는 것 좋아하는 분은 걸어서 가능합니다. 매우 만족합니다

생선이나 삽겹살 조리시 퇴실시키는 곳. 무얼 조리하라고?

설악산 입구에 콘도 없고 오직 취사때문에 선택한 곳이었고 취사가능이라고 했으나, 실제는 생선이나 고기를 룸에서 조리하면 퇴실조치한다고 함. 무엇을 조리하라고?? 휴대용 버너 하나에 싸구려 양은 냄비. 주방 환풍기도 없음. 주인 마담 극도 불친절. 샤워실 배수구 문제. 7월 휴가철에 룸 구하기 어려워 미리 예약했으나 주변 숙소들 빈방들이 많아 그럴 필요없음. 원래 3일 예정이었으나 2일 취소하고 호텔로 옮겨서 휴가답게 쾌적하게 보냄. 강원도 피서객 너무 없던데, 이런 열악한 숙박 시설도 한몫하는듯. 애초에 모텔이었던 곳을 콘도인척 싱크대하나두고 리조텔이라고 함. 이런 곳은 첨.

설악산 파크 리조트

저렴한 가격으로 이용잘했구요. 숙박하시는 분들이 없으셔서 한가했고 오래된 시설이다 보니 출입문 방음은 좀 그렇구요 원래 온돌예약인데 손님이 없다구 트윈 침대로 권해서 트윈을 사용했음. 설악 등반땜에 갔었는데 장 사용했음. 주차장 무난하고 설악산 매표소 까지 걸어서 대략 20분 걸림 버스로는 3 정거장 임
