"Visnes Hotell er bygget i 1850 og bærer til en viss grad preg av det. Restaurert noen ganger, men likevel meget "hjemmekoslig" og med et vertskap som er svært hyggelige og serviceinnstilt. Min kone og jeg hadde noe som nærmest kan kalles en suite - separat soverom og egen stue samt eget bad på andre siden av gangen.I tillegg 2 verandaer. Min kone fant det i tillegg utrolig koselig at det ikke var TV på hotellet!"
