「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

「Location-wise, not very convenient to be accessible to the downtown area. Also, the cable TV kept breaking down. However, the room is big.」

「Tres bon hotel a Sofia」

「Excellent location, close to public transport, major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Spacious room in particular the bathroom. Quiet room as only 5 rooms on one level but the air conditioning is very noisy. Had to switch off during sleep.」

「I went twice at swimming pool and both days the towels were told not enough.」

「Emplacement idéal, prise en charge à l'hôtel, personnel excellent pour nous accompagner à l'aéroport. Prix raisonnable avec petit-déjeuner inclus.」

「設備老舊，冷氣沒有開放使用」

「The room is spacious and very clean with modern design, thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, nice view and quiet. Very comfortable pillow and bed. The hotel is close to metro station and walking distance to city centre, yet not many decent options of food in the neighbourhood. The breakfast is average and slow replenishment of food. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.」

「The location was very convinient having in mind that we were hosting a business event at NDK. The staff were very helpful, but there are a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, we realised that there was no driveway or designated area to stop and unload the car. We had to stop on the one-way, single-lane street to unload, which was highly inconvenient. Parking is quite expensive. There was only one towel in the bathroom. We had to request more, but it was inconvenient to get into...
