Good, but fraud in Advertising, for breakfast

I booked the Hotel included the Breakfast, but the Hotel didn't give me breakfast, even they didn't have the any place for Breakfast. As far as the Hotel is not near shopping area, there is no restaurant nearby to take Breakfast. The restaurant of the Hotel, open at 11:00 this my bad Experience.

Great place, breakfast isn't served early enough

The stay was very pleasant and the room was very large and pleasant. The main issue is the time which breakfast is served. The cook is always late and the earliest you will receive any food is 8.20am, if you are lucky. This is not a service for people looking to stay for Business, especially if you have to be in the office before 9am Aside from this, very pleasant stay, room was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

Great location, friendly staff

The hotel location was excellent for me not only because it was close to most family and friends in Sofia. In addition it offered excellent choices for eating out, shopping and close to the tram #7, just few stops away from the city center. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. The room included a washer which was great and there was a drying rack to air dry your clothes on the balcony. The bedroom carpet was in a dire need of replacement and the furniture was generally in need of steam cleaning, but the convenient hotel location made up for it in my opinion. The breakfast was included with my type of reservation, though it offered a rather limited choices (i.e. compared to the lavish Hilton breakfast buffet). (Note, that when you order "coffee", you will get a double concentrated espresso...) The outdoors restaurant space was delightful under the arbor of greenery. The hotel and rooms are surprisingly quiet considering a major highway is only 100 m away. All in all the place is worth the money and it is a very budget friendly option by American standards.

dubitative!

Que de mauvaises surprises! pas de place de parking en arrivant motif il n'y a plus de place en sous sol. Après intervention d'Hotel.com nous avons tout de même réussit a récupérer une place pour notre voiture, petite blague de l'établissement certainement puisque le parking de l'hôtel était quasiment vide!!! De très grosses fissures dans l'appartement. Toute les chambres sont dotés d'une cafetière et d'une pôèle nous les avons récupérer le dernier jour avant notre départ!!! - je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement

Fantastisk service

I am very happy with our stay in Apartment House Bulgaria. The service was excellent. The personal is very kind. They offered to bring the breakfast to the apartment and it was made to order. The apartment is big and comfortable. It was nice to take a good night sleep as the area is quiet and if You want it to be dark there\s a trhree different kind of curtains. In 5 minutes walk there\s a mall and there`s a lot of places to eat around, The hotel restaiurant also was nice and we ate a couple of times there. It`s not exactly in the sentrum but the taxi costs 2 -3 Euro. The Spa is nice and we could enjoy a nice massage and hairdresser. The only thing is that You have to pay extra for the swimming pool 14 lv - 7 Euro and it was not mentioned in the description of the Apartments.

Apartamento muy grande y cómodo.

El apartamento es grande y cómodo con habitación, baño y salón-cocina, incluyendo lavadora. Sólo tiene dos pegas, el desayuno es a veces muy lento para que te atiendan y no hay wifi, por lo que si quieres conectar una tableta o un teléfono, olvídate. O llevas un portátil con conexión RJ45 (para cable de red) o no hay Internet.

Espacio amplio

Apartamento con salón-cocina amplio con mesa de comedor, sillas y un sofá con sillón y mesa baja. Nevera grande y lavadora camufladas en armarios. Cocina funcional con placa y horno y con menaje de cocina presente. Comedor, cocina y habitación limpios. Los edredones de dentro de la funda nórdica estaban roñosos. El borde superior del inodoro estaba sucio al llegar, el resto del baño limpio. La hora del desayuno hay que hablarla el día antes por si acaso. Hay un centro comercial cerca donde se puede comprar la comida. No hay Wifi en las habitaciones, sólo cable LAN. El restaurante es flojo. Lo mejor de todo es la amplitud.

détente et calme

Un accueil très attentif et précieux, grande disponibilité du personnel. un petit déjeûner excellent, ne pas rater le yaourt et .... les croissants ! le seul bémol, c'est que seul l'accès au fitness est inclus dans le prix, la piscine est payante (6 à 7 €) selon l'heure, mais elle est remarquablement tenue et l'eau est à 28° le service dans la chambre des plats du menu du restaurant est aussi très appréciable
