「The room was clean. My mom and I think that it is still new as all the furniture is relatively new. Only down side is no lift which was my fault as I didn't see it and we had to carry down 2 30 kgs luggage down the from 3rd floor (luckily we didn't need to carry out). But my main purpose is to choose somewhere near the bus station so no complains on that. The receptionist guy which I forgot to ask his name was friendly and we booked shuttle service and he arrived on time for our flight and we...

「Chambre insalubre, je comprends pourquoi paiement en avance et aucun remboursement. Quand je suis arrivé, porte fermée avec code qui as finalement fini par cédé en même pas deux jours. Le contact qui parlait anglais n'était tout simplement pas disponible, chambre complètement à l'opposé de ma demande. Aucune réception. La contact ne répondait plus aux appels. Chambre avec lit cassé, salle de bain insalubre, porte et serrures cassée. À fuir absolument ! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel,...

「J'ai adoré l'accueil, le calme de la chambre, la propreté et le casino juste en face ! J'ai moins aimé les 5 etages sans ascenseur... Le tarif est plus que correct pour l'ensemble de mes 5 nuits passées. Ce nest certe pas un 5 étoiles mais je cherchais justement d'êtres au plus proches des habitants. Merci encore」

「Rigtig stor og rummelig lejlighed med 3 forskellige altaner, 2 soveværelser + stue med sofa. Køkkenet manglede en del udstyr og service. Vi manglede også håndklæde til badeværelset (til hænder). Elevatoren larmer lidt, kan høres i stuen. Men overordnet set rigtig godt sted til prisen og kan anbefales hvis man er afsted som familie! 」

「It’s a centrally located, within walking distance to Vitosha, Aleksandr Nevski, mineral springs, food, restaurants, public transportation. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. All the possible toiletries provided. All the kitchen supplies. Plenty of closet space enough for a very long stay. 」
