"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."

They told us child is not invlusded so they charged us 200DKK extra but it was in the booking, they told us they recwivwd reservation only for 2 adults but no child and Hotel.com will return the payment that one. 2. There is a lot of smell in the room and toilet, even small insects in the reeom enen 1 was in the blanket, there is a lot of dust and dirty things in the window door. It was 1 of the bad hotel ever I seen."

"Hytten var ikke i den flotte nye stand, som den så ud til at være på fotos. Sengene var alt for bløde (på den ene var der en meget mærkbar fjeder) og for korte til en mand på over 180 cm, sovesofaen hård som sten og utroligt knirkende. Hovedpuderne var fyldt med knuder og nogle af dynerne med tydelige pletter. Ovnen havde stadig dryppende fedt på risten og der var krummer i skufferne sammen med ikke helt rent bestik. Vi havde kun brug for at overnatte, men det havde langt fra været godt nok til...
